When Claudette Lugano joined newsPRos in 2005, she brought 20 years of administrative experience that keeps newsPRos running efficiently and effectively. In addition to coordinating and administering all company personnel records, policies and procedures, her responsibilities include monitoring and tracking media placements and maintaining our extensive media relations contact database.
Prior to joining newsPRos, Claudette was Executive Assistant to the founder of Children’s Financial Network, Inc., which helps increase financial literacy through the libraries of every public elementary school in New Jersey. Earlier, she held support and management positions at Lucent Technologies/AT&T, served as the President of the local Women of Lucent chapter, and was part of a team that selected speakers, panelists and program design for professional development conferences.
Claudette earned a B.A. at the State University of New York in marketing and business and an M.S. in Organization Development at American University.
